About the Position: Serve as a supply representative for the Army Print and Media Distribution Center (APMDC), Media Distribution Division (MDD), located in St. Louis, Missouri.
Duties
Perform duties concerned with the purchase, receipt, distribution, utilization, maintenance, disposal and accountability of supplies, equipment, materials and other property.
Perform duties involving requisitioning, document control, standard stock function, non-expendable property function, and equipment/maintenance contracts.
Ensure that supplies and property items are properly, and in a timely manner, received, identified, issued, and accurately recorded.
Responsible for inventory management and control of stored media/materials, all packing/maintenance supplies for those assets to include those purchased via the Government Purchase Card (GPC) program.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Incumbent is required to obtain or possess and maintain a valid State Driver's License.
- Position may require 10% temporary duty (TDY) business travel.

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: (1) Maintaining records related to the purchase, receipt, distribution utilization, maintenance, disposal and/or accountability of supplies; (2) Utilizing automation tools such as personal computer, Microsoft Office software, scanner, and fax machine and (3) Preparing responses and follow-ups to customer inquiries. This definition of the specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07).
Education
