Qualifications
NOTE: You must meet qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
To qualify for the GS-14 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level defined as experience providing management advisory services to resolve complex human resources and/or organizational issues; and experience developing recommendations, policies, and/or programs in at least two human resources functional areas (e.g., recruitment and placement, employee relations, classification, performance management, training & development, organizational development, diversity & inclusion, or employee benefits).

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
