This position is in the Information Analysis Directorate (IAD) in the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Office (CWMD) within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) serving as the Data Integration Program Director. The Incumbent will be part of the Department of Homeland Security's effort to protect the nation from weapons of mass destruction, including chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) threats

Duties
As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, GS-0343-15, your typical work assignments may include:
Serves as an expert consultant on the most challenging program management issues. Provides advice and guidance on undefined issues and elements for programs essential to DHS's mission, such as major programs of national scope and impact.
Serve as the Director of the Data Integration (DI) Program.
Provides oversight of work efforts directly affecting administration and management, to include: budgeting, accounting, security, civilian personnel administration; training and development; and other varied mission support services and activities.
Plans, organizes, and leads analytical studies involving the planning, development, and implementation of management integration program initiatives of national scope and impact.
Serves as the lead in developing strategies for planning and developing management integration program initiatives.

Qualifications
Specialized Experience
You qualify for the GS-15 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in Federal service or equivalent private/public sector experience. For this position, specialized experience is defined as:
Directs complex administrative, technical, and professional services, directly affecting a large, complex multi-mission organization in support of IAD, CWMD, and DHS Mission goals.
Research, analyzes, and provides expert technical advice and assistance on complex program issues, such as issues or problems which impact major, agency-wide programs.
Working knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure planning, development, and implementation, including cloud-based solutions.
Plans, organizes, and leads analytical studies involving the planning, development, and implementation of management integration program initiatives of national scope and impact.

Substitution of education in lieu of specialized experience may not be used for this grade level.
