Duties

Lead a team of Management Analyst performing the full range of human resources and manpower management analysis. Conduct comprehensive studies of work/management projects to improve economy and efficiency of operation and personnel assists. Document and distribute manpower resource guidance. Prepare and give briefings, special studies and other reviews. Acquire any new information necessary for analyses, arranging possible options, and analyzing the advantages or disadvantages of each, as well as assessing potential effects on current or projected operations. Review statistical and narrative data, validate approval documents and recommend the distribution and transfer of manpower space allocations among activities. Identify changes in the organization and procedures, and develops plans and methodologies for reorganization as required to improve operations.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• A Personnel Security Investigation is required.
• Immunization screening is required. Hepatitis B immunization is required for all positions with direct patient contact. Applicants may be required to show proof of other immunizations depending on the type of position.
