You will serve as a PARALEGAL SPECIALIST in the OFFICE OF THE JUDGE ADVOCATE GENERAL of NLSC.
Duties
You will act in the capacity of Office Manager for Division.
You will prepare legal documents requiring independent legal research and analysis.
You will prepare various discovery and evidence exhibits for litigation. Maintains litigation and claims case files.
You will assist attorneys in the organization of discovery, investigations, witness testimony, and research.
You will provide continuity for paralegal support and develop and execute local standard operating procedures and business rules to implement enterprise-wide best practices.
You will deliver formal or informal presentations/training regarding legal or administrative procedures to appropriate audiences.
Requirements

Qualifications
GS-09 Level:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing research and analysis to prepare legal documents; 2) Maintaining case databases and case files; 3) Assisting counsel in the collection and organization of digital and physical evidence; and 4) Utilizing litigation support software.
GS-07 Level:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Maintaining case databases and case files; 2) Assisting counsel in the collection and organization of digital and physical evidence; and 3) Utilizing litigation support software.

Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree
OR
