You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ASSISTANT in the Housing & Lodging Division, Fleet & Family Readiness Program (N932) of COMMANDER NAVY REGION HAWAII.
A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.90% will be added to the stated salary.
Duties
You will verify procurement requests, specifications, purchase descriptions, and transactions are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will use Microsoft Outlook to communicate with customers and vendors in preparation of procurement.
You will screen incoming procurement documents for technical completeness.
You will create requisitions and purchase requests for small and routine purchases.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the Gs-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing support and technical advice to procurement personnel, managers, and installation housing personnel; 2) Serving as government purchase card holder understanding the terms of funding thresholds, micro purchases, and procedures; 3) Assisting with the preparation of budget requirements ensuring all documents are compliant with regulations; 4) Providing statistical information and reports for available funding and disbursement; and 5) Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and making recommendations concerning the development and revision of procedures.NOTE: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for the position.
