You will serve as a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Technical Project Manager (Administrative/Technical) in the Force Protection Systems Branch in the Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Department of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV.
This is not a high grade position: therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13, Step 10 (based on geographic location).
Duties
You will evaluate requests received for Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) equipment from host companies.
You will work with program office to initiate Letters of Acceptance (LOAs).
You will initiate contracting procedures and follow up on post award status.
You will serve as an expert authority in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) providing technical advice and consultation on requirements as well as leadership in conducting complex projects.
You will assess and manage execution of budgeting, project infrastructure, and other management functions and follow established processes for handling FMS cases.
You will provide full range of duties concerned with the analysis of specifications and requirements for EOD tools and equipment.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This is a Key Security Cooperation Workforce (SCW) position and requires a DoD SCW Certification. Selectee must obtain and maintain certification within prescribed timeframes. SCW level required: SC4E2
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/12 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and evaluating technical project operation requirements to develop, plan and execute project schedule, milestones and deliverables to improve efficiency and execution in support of program operations.
