This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, US Coast Guard, YARD, Industrial Department, Electro Group, in Baltimore, MD.
Duties
You will serve as lead mechanic on a wide variety and types of marine craft, the maintenance and repair of highly complex complete operational control systems.Being a civilian working for the Coast Guard makes you a valuable team member. Typical duties include:

- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Males born after 12/31/1959 must be registered for Selective Service.
- You will be required to undergo random drug testing.
- Applicant is required to meet the physical requirements of the position.
- This position requires a Secret clearance.
- Submit a copy of most recent SF-50, Notice of Personnel Action
Qualifications
Applicants will be evaluated on their ability to perform the duties of the position rather than the length of experience.
