Duties

Checks/verifies eligibility of customers for use of the facility or class participation. Will collect fees and completed appropriate documentation for all orders. Complete inventory checks and maintain appropriate level of supplies. Direct patrons to the appropriate area of the facility, answer questions about the program including scheduling class times and participation. Participate in on-post events during and outside of normal business hours. Maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas. Use a computer and design software for a variety of different machines to fill or assist with orders. Requirements

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Attend Team Member Orientation (TMO) within 30 days of employment.
• All employees are required to be available for Community Events that Community Recreation Division supports. The events include, but not limited to, Oktoberfest, Freedom Fest, Children’s Fest, and Winterfest, etc.
• Must be willing to work: days, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: No experience required. Best Qualified Criteria: 1.Possess at least twelve (12) months of experience of in-person customer service (face to face). AND 2. Possess at least twelve (12) months of experience in one of the following: embroidery, ceramics, framing, engraving, sublimation, or computer graphic design. Applicants that meet best qualified criteria based upon answers in announcement questionnaire AND reflected in resume will be referred to selecting official first.
