Qualifications

NOTE:  You must meet qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement. To qualify for the GS-13 level, you need to have at least one year of full-time experience equivalent to the GS-12 level defined as managing the execution of contracts and inter-agency agreements; and providing guidance and direction to management and staff regarding financial processes. Your answers to the online assessment will be used to evaluate your competencies in the following areas: Knowledge of contract laws, regulations, and policies. Skill in contract management. Skill in budget analysis. Knowledge of purchase card holder rules and regulations. Skill in monitoring and tracking financial processes. Skill in written communication. Skill in oral communication. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
