As a Supervisory Program Analyst at the GS-0343-15, you will be part of Office of Field Programs (OFP), Field Coordination Programs (FCP), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. If selected, you will serve as the Associate Director of the Revolving Fund Division (RFD) in the OFP and FCP, providing managerial and supervisory leadership in the accomplishment of the RFD mission and provides direction, coordination, and guidance to subordinate staff.
Duties
Provide managerial and supervisory leadership in the accomplishment of the Revolving Fund mission and provides direction, coordination, and guidance to subordinate staff.
Consult with, provide advice and assistance to the OFP Director, FCP Director, Headquarters/District Directors regarding financial, budget and administrative aspects of technical assistance, training activities, and use of the Revolving Fund.
Act as the official representative for the OFP/FCP Director for all substantive educational and training administrative, business and financial matters.
Plan develop and manage the financial accounting, business, and financial analysis of EEOC EEO Training Institute Revolving Fund.
Determine which project proposals are to be initiated, abolished, revised, or reduced based on requirements of the Revolving Fund Division (RFD) as related to impact on EEOC offices nationwide and the overall budget of the Revolving Fund.

- Travel will be required for this position.
Qualifications
For the GS-15: You must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience includes providing financial accounting, business, and financial analysis of a Revolving Fund (The Fund); Performing cost analysis and cost modeling on a fund or account that remains available to finance an organization's continuing operations; Developing spending plans and revenue goals in support of ensuring the product growth and sustainability of an organization's Revolving Fund.
Merit promotion applicants must meet time-in-grade requirement as defined in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F. One year at the GS-14 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS- 15 level.
