You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.
Duties
You will provide objectively based information to line managers and stakeholder for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of agency operations and management.
You will complete moderately complex tasks independently with technical oversight from a senior employee.
You will perform staff administrative analytical and evaluative work related to program operations, and management and organizational efficiency and productivity.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
NO-03:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or NO-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: conducting financial research including interpretation of laws and regulation, and using IT sources to record procurement status, provide information for decision making and resolve complex financial issues.
NO-04:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or NO-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: provide financial reporting to project management, using Information Technology (IT) tools and processes, such as Navy ERP, Microsoft Excel to assist in tracking project related expenditures and transactions for acquisition life cycle programs.

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
NO-03:
master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
