Applicants must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience: For the CN-53, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the CN-52 grade level in the Federal service. (For qualification purposes, the CN-52 is broadly equivalent to the GS-12).Specialized Experience for this position includes: Experience in applying analysis, evaluation, providing technical subject-matter advice and consultative guidance to management on analysis techniques, issues identification, evaluation findings, and recommendations related to workforce planning and related functions and programs.; AND Experience in project management and ability to plan, organize, analyze, and coordinate a variety of projects and activities simultaneously within areas of responsibility. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
