The primary purpose of this position serves as a Resource/Management Analyst with responsibility for providing oversight for administrative management support to the organization in one or more vital areas such as, task management, procurement, documents, and reports preparations, and/or other related administrative activities including program analysis.

Responsible for the application of quantitative and qualitative methodologies to research, investigate, interview, analyze trends or problems, identify solutions, and develop data for effective management and execution of the organization's mission.
Focal point for managing the programmatic planning and integration. Participates in long- and short-range programmatic planning; analyzes all resources, (finances, manpower, and facility requirements) and provides definitive problem-solving methodology to the myriad of problems that may arise.
Collects, analyzes, and assembles data; and prepares reports/briefings for all levels within the TW (including senior management), as well as external customers. Leads multi-discipline project teams to refine, apply efficient and effective methods and procedures for accomplishment of the work. Documents processes, provides on-the-job training, and maintains complete records which are accessible by team members and leadership.
Overseas, manages and assists in executing organizational travel, training, and equipment budgets. Performs budget review of purchase requests, validating budget line in the Squadron/Organization master budget database. Performs monthly reconciliation against FM budget records, identifying and resolving any discrepancies between the two systems. Manages the Squadron/Organization process tracking status of "approved" unfunded requests through purchasing.

- Eligible for situational telework only, including Emergency and Office of Personnel Management (OPM) prescribed “Unscheduled Telework.
- Obtain and maintain Security clearance.

- DAWIA certification (Level ll- desired) - must be able to obtain certification within 1-2 years of assignment.

- At least 2 years of experience in resource management and administrative office support.
- Experience in planning, organizing, and directing functions and staff.
- Experience communicating effectively with a broad range of personnel both orally and in writing to include the proficient use of modern computer software applications in support of communications and presentations is highly desired.

In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management positions located here
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower broadband NH-03 or equivalent to the next lower grade GS-13 in the Federal Service. Specialized experiences is experience in resource management and administrative office support, planning, organizing, and directing functions and staff, and communicating effectively with a broad range of personnel both orally and in writing to include the proficient use of modern computer software applications in support of communications and presentations is highly desired.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of project, and resource management practices and procedures.
Knowledge of the operations, products, services, needs and goals of the program(s) and the organizations studied or served, and related customers, functions, resources, and users.
Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and apply rules, regulations, and procedures to a variety of situations and to recommend timely economical solutions.
