About the Position: This position is located at William Beaumont Army Medical Center's Clinical Dentistry A Section in El Paso, Texas.

Duties

Maintain stock levels and supply flow according to usage rates, delivery time, current demand, items on hand, and cost based on quantities orders. Maintain a register of all repair work orders. Type various documents such as justification for priority order items that include memorandums, letter, forms, and other materials. Store incoming supplies that may require special handling procedures. Conduct searches for information pertaining to abnormal supply transactions and patterns, reconciling as needed.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• A Personnel Security Investigation is required.
• Selectees will be required to sign a statement (Condition of Employment) consenting to seasonal influenza vaccinations or must provide a recognized exemption.
• A pre-placement medical examination is required.
• Moderate to heavy lifting up to 40 pounds may be required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid stateside driver's license.

OR Education: Four years of education above the high school level obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide your semester hours of education beyond two years (total semester hours minus 60) by 60. Add the two percentages.
