Duties

Oversee or personally performs the research of adjustment transactions generated from monthly undelivered orders reconciliation processing. Review financial transactions, sales and inventory, dues-in and dues-out to assure proper control of inventory. Perform continuous analysis to determine current and future supply requirements. Recommend corrective action to improve systems and document flow procedures for more efficient production. Conduct quality control of incoming supply shipments. Assure accuracy of supply and financial files and records.

OR Education: One full year of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as supply chain management or logistics. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) by 18. Add the two percentages.
