Duties
You will perform a variety of tasks related to the inspection, maintenance, and servicing of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) units and systems across multiple structures.
You will complete various operations related to the fabrication, installation, modification, troubleshooting, and repair of both new and existing electrical systems.
You will inspect, maintain, and repair grounds, including beautification projects and operating groundskeeping equipment required by the organization.
You will resolve complex issues related to the construction, reconstruction, and renovation of various minor/major construction projects.
You will review and interpret the requirements of plans and specifications for assigned construction projects.
You will assure compliance with short and long-term goals by reviewing project plans, specifications, building codes, regulations, technical manuals, and other relevant documents.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-04) or NH-01 pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Education
In lieu of general experience: If you have successfully completed a four-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree, that may be substituted in place of experience to qualify for the position.

A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to a total percentage of 100 percent.
