Position is a Management and Program Analyst for the Resources Management Group providing program management support and analysis for the National Airspace Integration Support Contract (NISC) task orders. Serves as the Assistant Engineering Technical Officer (AETO) and works with the Engineering Technical Officer (ETO) to keep the FAA NISC Contracting Officer (CO) informed of any technical or contractual difficulties, the progress of work and any potential issues under the contract.

Duties

The NISC Alternate ETO has several other responsibilities that are defined in the NISC contract. Serves as a communication hub for information related to the supported programs and assists in maintaining KSN information web pages.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
  • Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents)

Qualifications

To qualify for this position at the FG-13 level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FG/GS-12. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized experience is:Experience in BudgetExperience in Project Management or PMP certificationExpert in Microsoft ExcelAbility to communicate with internal and external customers.Applicants should provide examples of Specialized Experience in their Work History.Qualifications must be met by the closing date of the announcement.
