This position is located in the Resource Management Group, Resource Support Team and serves as the
working team lead.
Duties
The team lead facilitates the teams' processes by working collaboratively with them to ensure that
they complete their tasks effectively and efficiently, by maintaining good working relationships,
and by coordinating with the team manager and others on goals, priorities, team needs, and
achievements. Is a recognized subject matter expert in a specialized area and provides leadership
for highly complex and challenging activities under the minimal direction of a manager or
executive. Occasional local and TDY travel is required.
Requirements
- US Citizenship is required.
- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
- Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents).
Qualifications
To qualify for this position at the FV-J level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-I/FG-13. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized experience: Planning strategic support of staffing requirements and objectives, interpreting internal policies and procedures, providing advice and guidance, problem-solving, efficiency initiatives, conducting program analysis, and implementing programs, organizational changes, and hiring plans.Applicants should provide examples of Specialized Experience in their Work History.Qualifications must be met by the closing date of the announcement.Please ensure you answer all questions and follow all instructions carefully.
