This position is located in the Air Traffic Organization's Service Center. The incumbent is a Senior Analyst to the Team Manager and applies experience and expert knowledge of ATO programs, along with knowledge of analytical and investigative techniques, to analyze operational challenges, assess planned and potential new solutions, and recommend solutions.

Duties

This work is critical to the safety of the NAS. The incumbent is a recognized subject matter expert in a specialized area and provides leadership for highly complex and challenging activities under the minimal direction of a manager or executive.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
  • Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents).

Qualifications

To qualify for this position at the FV-J level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FG/GS-13. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized experience is:Experience in program management to identify and devise appropriate courses of action acceptable to management officials. Experience explaining, advocating, and expressing information and ideas to internal and external customers.Applicants should provide examples of Specialized Experience in their Work History.Qualifications must be met by the closing date of the announcement.
