This position is located in the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation's (PBGC) Office of Management & Administration (OMA), Quality Management Department (QMD). More than one selection may be made from this vacancy announcement.

Qualifications

All qualification and eligibility requirements must be met by the announcement closing date. To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications and/or education for the grade at which you are requesting consideration. Specialized Experience: Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the private sector creating, implementing, and maintaining a learning management system. Examples include: administering adult learning and training techniques; developing and planning training programs through contracts or contracted staff; and overseeing and managing contracts to include preparing procurement documents and managing contractor’s performance. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
