This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Office of the Chief Operating Officer, Superintendent Capitol Building, Assistant Facilities Support Division, Labor Branch. The selected candidate operates motor vehicles to include driving a box truck with a Gross Vehicle Weight(GVW) of 19,500 pounds and performs laborer duties in support of the Capitol Building operations. A CDL is not required.
Duties
TOUR OF DUTY: 6am to 2:30pm [NOTE: Days and Hours may change due to Operating Needs of Management] *** This incumbent of this position is designated as “Emergency Essential Personnel” and is required to report to work in emergency situations. ***
Requirements
- You must be a U.S. Citizen.
- You must be able to pass a drug test.
- Your resume and question responses must address the required job elements.
- You must possess and maintain a valid State driver's license.
Qualifications
You must meet all eligibility and qualifications requirements by the closing date of the job announcement. You MUST meet the following screen-outs required for this position: 1. Ability to perform the work without more than normal supervision.
