This position serves as a Motor Vehicle Operator within the National Park Service, White House and President's Park, Executive Support Facility

Duties
The major duties of the Motor Vehicle Operator position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Operate a variety of trucks in excess of 32,000 Gross Vehicle Weight Rating, to assist in the storage, handling, and transporting of the White House Museum Collection, and the White House utilitarian supplies and materials.
Place and manage all property within the warehouse and is responsible for maintaining up-to date locations for all accountable property inventories.
Transport materials for all operational units within the Program, including properly load and secure and transport valuable and delicate items.
Understanding the unique nature of the museum collection and exercise care when handling, moving, and transporting museum collection objects.
