You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the FOOD SERVICE AND SUBSISTENCE DIVISION of HEADQUARTERS U.S. MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will serve as a Program Analyst for worldwide management and administration of the Marine Corps Food Service Program.
You will coordinate all related activities for the Maj Gen W.P.T. Hill Food Service Excellence Awards Program to include associated travel; oversight of ceremonial events and requisitioning of awards.
You will serve as Marine Corps Food Management Information System (MCFMIS) Contracting Officer Representative (COR) working with DOD agencies and the Contracting Officer for continued MCFMIS service contract.
You will draft, prepare and have published all quarterly Basic Daily Food Allowances (BDFA) for required commands in MCFMIS.
You will prepare policy Manuals, Bulletins, Orders, Directives and Standard Operating Procedures related to food service operations for both the garrison and field environments.
You will participate in Joint Services Policy Board meetings to review and discuss DOD food service policies, legislation and other issues which may impact military food service programs.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current Contracting Officer Representative certification.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Possess Contracting Officer Representative experience to include contract oversight, contract development, invoicing, funds management, inspections, documentation, and analysis. As well as executing knowledge in subsistence automated information systems to develop policies, manuals, orders, directives and standard operating procedures as related to the food service industry.
