You will serve as a STRATEGIC INTEGRATOR in the NATIONAL SECURITY INTEGRATION OFFICE (NSIO) of the Deputy Undersecretary of the Navy for Intelligence & Security (DUSN I&S) of INTEGRATION SUPPORT DIRECTORATE.
Duties
You will develop strategic plans, goals, and objectives across all National Security Integration Office (NSIO) divisions.
You will assist leadership in leading the establishment and review of performance objectives and metrics in support of NSIO strategic plans.
You will identify problem areas, coordinate corrective actions and direct changes to implement improvements.
You will lead research, strategy creation, and development of new products.
Requirements

- Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326.
- Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You must currently have and be able to maintain a TS/SCI security clearance/access prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
Qualifications
GS-15. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Experience in establishing, implementing and overseeing the execution of leveraging data to modernize and accelerate strategic plans.
- Experience in integrating National, Defense, and Navy strategic planning documents, operational concepts, and business objectives.
- Experience in advising senior leadership on developing and implementing strategic plans.
GS- 14, Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Experience in establishing, implementing and overseeing the execution of leveraging data to modernize and accelerate strategic plans.
- Experience in integrating National, Defense, and Navy strategic planning documents, operational concepts, and business objectives.
