This position is located in the Air Traffic Organization (ATO), Technical Operations Services (AJW), Facilities and Engineering Services Directorate (F&ES, AJW-2). This position is responsible for identifying, assessing and resolving complex strategic facility sustainment issues under the purview of the F&ES Directorate.
Duties
The Information Technology (IT) Program Manager develops, delivers, and supports information technology (IT) products, tools, systems and services that advance Facility and Engineering Services (F&ES or AJW-2) sustainment strategy business intelligence. Performs multiple, varying and complex assignments under the minimal direction of a manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced technical specialist. Applies experience and comprehensive technical knowledge of work that involves the planning, development, implementation, and administration of systems for the acquisition, storage, and retrieval of data. Possesses an understanding of new technologies and methodologies to solve complex problems and develop improved technical processes or systems.

- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-I, FG/GS-13 in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized experience is defined as:Managing or/and implementing data governance systems to mitigate data quality and security shortfalls with corresponding action plans, policy recommendations, and strategic plans.Desirable candidate(s) will have experience in the following:1. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent.2. Successful completion of the Contracting Officer Representative Level II certification or equivalent; and3.
