This position serves as a Management and Program Analyst who will report directly to the WSA Technical Operations, Executive Staff as the Executive Advisor Assistant.

Qualifications
To qualify for the H Band position applicants must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience at the next lower grade level of FV-G/GS-10/11 that equipped the applicant with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience for this position includes:Experience analyzing, evaluating, and/or reviewing other substantive determinations with regard to Technical Operations operating programs. Experience providing administrative assistance in the operation, planning, or advisory work involving Technical Operations program functions.To qualify for the I Band position, applicants must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience at the next lower grade level of FV-H/FG/GS-12 that equipped the applicant with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience for this position includes:Experience performing analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to collect and analyze data, and identify problems. Experience analyzing administrative policies and identifying problems to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiencies.Applicants should include examples of their specialized experience in their work history.Qualifications must be met by the closing date of the vacancy announcement.Please ensure you answer all questions and follow all instructions carefully.
