As a Student Trainee (Program Analysis) in the OCC Pathways Internship Program, you will provide basic assistance to division staff by performing a variety of administrative and program analysis support duties .

Duties
As a Student Trainee (Program Analysis) in the OCC Pathways Internship Program, you will:
Assists the supervisor and other staff members by performing basic support tasks, including but not limited to projects, tool development, and analysis of supervision system requirements.
Learns and utilizes programs/software to conduct analysis on supervision system requirements and enhance business intelligence.
Provides advisory and support services to managers, supervisors and employees.
Prepare oral and written reports and presentations, graphs and charts that present clear, concise, and effective analytical results of evaluations and research performed on banking and the financial services industry for the Comptroller, CBS, National Risk Committee (NRC), and other senior management officials.
Assist the Senior SRA personnel and staff in identifying and analyzing areas of program performance and customer services in need of improvement; recommends solutions.

Qualifications
You must meet the following Eligibility Requirements and Qualification Requirements by the start date of this internship.
Eligibility Requirements:
1) You MUST meet the definition of a STUDENT for the duration of your appointment as follows: An individual accepted for enrollment or enrolled and seeking a degree (high school, college (4-year colleges/universities, community colleges, and junior colleges); professional, technical, vocational, and trade school; advanced degree programs; or other qualifying educational institution pursuing a qualifying degree or certificate) in a qualifying and accredited educational institution, on a full or half-time basis (as defined by the institution in which the student is enrolled), including awardees of the Harry S. Truman Foundation Scholarship Program under Public Law 93-842. Students need not be in actual physical attendance, so long as all other requirements are met. An individual who needs to complete less than the equivalent of half an academic/vocational or technical course-load immediately prior to graduating is still considered a student for purposes of this Program. 2) Grade Point Average (GPA): Every semester, you must maintain good academic standing with an overall GPA of 2.9 or higher on a 4.0 scale. An academic year of undergraduate education is defined as 30 semester hours, 45 quarter hours, or the equivalent in an accredited college or university. When recruiting for Interns who will be converted to a position with a positive education requirement, include:
3) You must be seeking a Degree in a major field of study in Finance or Business Administration. One year of full-time graduate education is considered to be the number of credit hours that the school attended has determined to represent 1 year of full-time study, or 18 semester hours. Part-time graduate education is creditable in accordance with its relationship to a year of full-time time study at the school attended.
Qualification Requirements: To qualify for the NB-III level, you must meet the following requirements:
A. Education: In the Internship Program, you may qualify based solely on education as follows:
Completion of one full academic year of graduate level education (18 semester hours or 27 quarter hours);
OR
Completion of a bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement.
Education currently enrolled, or accepted for enrollment, in a qualifying educational institution on at least a half-time basis (as determined by the educational institution).You must submit documentation of your current student status, such as a college transcript, letter from the registrar, or acceptance letter from the college you will be attending.
Education must be accredited by an accrediting institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
