Duties
You will serve as the Integrated Communications and Data System (ICADS) Payload B APM in support of the PMW 120 Battlespace Awareness and Information Operations program office within PEO C4I
You will exhibit knowledge of Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance and/or Information Operations-Cryptologic Warfare systems, autonomous system operations, handling of classified material, and program management experience
You will be responsible for managing cost, schedule and performance of assigned programs
You will be responsible for test, and evaluation, acquisition and contracts strategies, contract management, cost estimation, scheduling production, installation, training, operational support, sustainment, modernization, and disposal
You will manage all phases of program acquisition life cycle to include definition, development, design, integration
You will provide assistance to the PAPM and PM in preparing briefs to Congressional Staffers, Chief of Naval Operations, TYCOMs, Operational and Joint Test Commands, other Systems Commands and stakeholders
You will work with the PAPM or senior APM to communicate program information across the PEO and other relevant organizations to facilitate leveraging opportunities
You will assess near and far term requirements and technology advances in relation to PMW 120 goals and objectives
You will prepare program budget estimates, develop work breakdown structures, build program schedules, manage risks, perform contract planning and coordinate post-award activities
You will effectively lead, integrate and coordinate disparate functional groups and develop a cohesive team capable of successfully handling complex problems.

- This position requires a Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Generally, current Federal employees applying to APS jobs must serve at least one year at the next lower grade level. All qualifications and pay band requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement and documented in your resume.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or DP-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance and/or Information Operations-Cryptologic Warfare systems, autonomous system operations, handling of classified material, and program management experience to ensure management oversight to align with program cost, schedule and performance parameters.
