About the Position: This position supports Evans Army Community Hospital Preventive Medicine Clinic #3 at Dugway Proving Grounds.

Duties

Uses a wide variety of computer applications and/or systems to accomplish work. Assist with timecards as a timekeeper. Manage calendar and meetings for Preventive Medicine Clinic. Serve as the office's point of contact regarding the best use of various software programs. Utilize word processing software and/or desktop publishing applications such as Word, Excel, or PowerPoint to produce a variety of documents. Perform clerical duties such as receiving visitors and telephone calls, sorting and routing incoming mails, etc.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • One year trial/probationary period may be required.
  • Selectees will be required to sign a statement (Condition of Employment) consenting to seasonal influenza vaccinations or must provide a recognized exemption.

You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: ClericalComputer LiteracyTechnical Competence Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-06).
