Specialized experience: For the GS-05, Have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-04 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private sector that demonstrates the following: Providing guidance on assignments to others in the office; Using various software systems to complete office tasks while following procedures and protocols; AND Reviewing and editing a variety of office documents.

Education: 4 years above high school or Equivalent combinations of education and experience
