Duties
Creates short-cuts to simplify and expedite assignments and provides instructions on their use to others in the office
Use Office Automation Systems and other types of software for various office needs and following the operating procedures and protocols of various personal computers.
Develops various documents (including training aids) for use by office members.

Specialized experience: For the GS-05, Have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-04 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private sector that demonstrates the following: Providing guidance on assignments to others in the office; Using various software systems to complete office tasks while following procedures and protocols; AND Reviewing and editing a variety of office documents .
OR
Education: 4 years above high school or Equivalent combinations of education and experience.
