About the Position: This is a temporary, not to exceed six (6) months, Human Resource Assistant at Guthrie Army Health Clinic, at Fort Drum, New York. This position may convert to a permanent position.

Duties

Serve as a point of contact (POC) for routine personnel actions. Serve as a primary point of contact and representative for the Military Treatment Facility civilian awards program. Provide administrative management of the Defense Management and Appraisal Program (DPMAP). Conduct individual and group in processing for new Military Treatment Facility civilian employees.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position has a mandatory seasonal influenza vaccination requirement and is, therefore, subject to annual seasonal influenza vaccinations.
  • This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 10% of the time to various locations.

For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone - no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
