This position is located at Department of Housing and Urban Development OIG -Office of Evaluation. As a Supervisory Program Analyst (Evaluator), you will supervise evaluators and teams of evaluators to conduct evaluations of Departmental programs.

Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience: For the GS-14, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Planning evaluations or performance audits (hereafter referred to as evaluations) of agency programs or operations; AND Applying analytical techniques to answer evaluation objectives; AND Providing technical guidance and consultation to others on matters related to evaluations; AND Preparing written products detailing the results of evaluations; AND Developing recommendations to promote the economy, efficiency, and effectiveness of agency programs or operations. Time-in-Grade: In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-14, you must have been at the GS-13level for 52 weeks. Time After Competitive Appointment: Candidates who are current Federal employees serving on a non-temporary competitive appointment must have served at least three months in that appointment.
