Duties
You will participate and/or lead a multi-organization team in the development and execution of advanced technologies for Submarine, Surface Ship, Helicopter and Unmanned vessels.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end test development of technology programs and must be knowledgeable in utilizing the Integrated Defense Acquisition, Technology and Logistics Life Cycle Management, best practices.
You will be responsible for participating/ leading a team in the development of Test and Evaluation Master Plans, Test Readiness Reviews and performing Military Utility Assessments of these technologies as they transition to concept of operations.
You will be responsible for leading a team in the development, installation and removal of TEMPALTs/SHIPALTs on Navy vessels.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to perform occasional sea duty.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-3 pay band (GS-9/10 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: conducting electronics technical work involving test and evaluation practices for advanced prototype and development systems as it relates to the development and execution of advanced technologies for naval vessels or associated sensor systems.
