You will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist in the NAVSEA Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Office, Corporate Operations Department of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV.
This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14.
Duties
You will serve as the Project Lead within the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Office (NEBO) providing Navy ERP system and project support.
You will support the Project Manager to manage all special projects being implemented by the Navy ERP Program Office that impacts NAVSEA, including but not limited to Navy ERP upgrades/conversions/migrations.
You will review documentation, make assessments, work with Senior Personnel within the Business Office and all of NAVSEA.
You will determine, communicate, and mitigate issues.
You will be responsible for providing user support for complex work efforts by using their knowledge of Navy ERP and NAVSEA policies, processes, and procedures and system operations to analyze and make recommendations.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/12 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and evaluating Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system operations and functionality to improve processes specializing in Financial and Acquisition or Logistics areas.
