About the Position: The position is located in the Martin Army Community HTM section, the hours of operation are Mon - Fri from 7:30am - 4:00pm. This position is in a fast-paced environment, often with deadlines, potential for physical activity, such as lifting and carrying supplies. Working within a healthcare setting, potentially interacting with patients and medical professionals.

Duties

Develop plans and procedures for improving processes or correcting deficiencies of supply operations. Perform supply activities such as receiving, storing, transferring, and issuing supply items. Review demand history for stocked items for determining appropriate requisitioning objectives. Ensure materials purchased are at the best price and meet clinic needs. Provide technical direction, assigns tasks, and ensures work for assigned supply clerks and supply techs.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• This position requires the incumbent to complete a hepatitis screening.
• This position may require the incumbent to have tuberculosis testing pending requirements established by the command.
• This position requires incumbent to possess and maintain a valid state driver's license.
