Duties

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Management Analyst, you will use your knowledge of and experience with the Office of the Chief Information Officer to optimize business results and customer experience by: Responsible for performing project type assignments. Provides higher management with reports, evaluates information, and similar products necessary for effective direction of administrative operations. Reviews information, reconciles conflicting data, and devises new and modified methods to analyze findings. Develops modifications, revisions, and implementing procedures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative operations.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Must have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service performing all of the following: Analyzing or evaluating findings and recommend solutions to improve management processes and procedures. Providing technical assistance, working knowledge, and direct support to management staff in all matters relating to IT program/project management. Developing and presenting briefing material for leadership. Documenting experience: IN DESCRIBING YOUR EXPERIENCE, PLEASE BE CLEAR AND SPECIFIC.
