This position is located with FMWR Marketing on Fort Wainwright, Alaska. Up to 25% recruitment, relocation and/or retention incentive may be authorized. Eligible to 1.69% COLA. Duties

Primary responsibility is to promote and market services that support strategic business initiatives. Implements promotions and marketing campaigns that support offered programs, services, facilities, and activities. Develops plans that will meet client objectives. Maintains effective communication for coordination purposes. Determines what products and services should be offered and recommends promotional strategies. Determines optimum marketing mix to achieve objectives.

Requirements

• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.

Qualifications

1. Related work experience that include events and promotion implementation management experience. 2. Technical skills to effectively perform marketing and promotions using tools of the trade and social media. 3. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing. 4. Must be able to develop and make written and oral presentations of technical materials to nontechnical personnel.
