Duties

Serves as a Liaison Officer during crisis management operations and/or exercises. Prepare agenda and briefing slides for weekly, monthly, and quarterly Garrison Staff meetings. Coordinates installation operations with higher, lower and adjacent headquarters and coordinates the efforts of the installation staff in support of ongoing operations. Execute special events and ceremonies strengthening the installation ties with the community. Arrange a variety of support requirements in the accomplishment of duties to include coordination for transportation, facilities, and other support assets as required.

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Must obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
• The duties of this position may require shift work and/or work on rotating shifts to provide coverage on evenings, weekends, holidays and in other situations.
• This position may require the employee to occasionally travel away from the normal duty station ina temporary duty status.
