As a Supervisory Management Analyst, you will:
Provide technical advice to Housing managers and employees to ensure that policies, processes and procedures are most effective.
Conduct analytical studies, such as analyses of the impact of anticipated and actual changes in staffing patterns on immediate and long-range planning.
Establish administrative programs and policies for headquarters and field offices.
Identify and manage resources needed by the Division staff to carry out their responsibilities. This includes staffing, training, space, personal computers, automated systems development and related needs.
Enhance training and development programs to ensure that they align with the closure of skill gaps and filling of mission critical positions and implement a Knowledge Management system to ensure ongoing transfer of knowledge and skill.
Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
Specialized Experience: For the GS-15 grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service.
Specialized Experience for this position includes:
-Managing a wide range of administrative programs such as training and talent development; AND
-Providing technical advice and support to managers and employees on administrative and career development programs; AND
-Contributing to the analysis and development of training policies; AND
-Supervising and guiding subordinate staff, establishing their general work priorities, evaluating their performance, and providing recommendations for improvement.
Experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
