About the Position: This position is located at the 319th Medical Group at Grand Forks AFB, ND. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes.

Duties

Determine requirements using various sources such as the Medical Treatment Facility Uniform Business Office Manual, and Air Force Instructions. Process payments for medical claims approved by the Chief of the Medical Staff. Validate accuracy of accounting data and vouchers used for daily operations in the collection of reimbursement. Prepare and execute reports and briefings for executive staff and wing agencies. Attend decision making meetings on matters relating to operations usually held within the Medical Group, outlying facilities, or base agencies. Provide the management of manpower resources in the Medical Treatment Facility.

OR Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D. in a related field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.
