Qualifications

What are we looking for?Four years of related experience in administration and management. One year supervisory experience required.  Knowledge of Marine Corps structure and chain of command required.Must possess proven analytical ability in order to analyze and develop recommendations for improvement in MCCS administrative matters.Ability to lead others in the accomplishment of work.Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint and Teams. Must demonstrate oral and written communication skills.This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs may be required.
