About the Position: The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) develops and delivers responsive aviation, missile and calibration materiel readiness to the U.S. Army. The position is located within AMCOM, Industrial Operations & Materiel Support Directorate - AWCF, however multiple vacancies maybe filled using this announcement.

Duties

Apply comprehensive knowledge of logistics management to solve problems/issues to ensure objectives are met. Assure critical actions are integrated and properly executed to provide cohesive approach to logistics support requirements. Review/direct the implementation of Department of Army (DA) and Department of Defense (DoD) program guidance within assigned areas. Coordinate between U.S. Army Materiel Command (AMC) Major Subordinate Commands (MSCs), and other DOD entities to determine solutions to logistics problems.

Requirements

• This position requires temporary duty (TDY) travel up to 15% of the time.
• This position requires a Secret Clearance.
• This is an Acquisition Position and requires Advance Level III certification in Acquisition Career Field L - Life Cycle Logistics within 48 months of entry on duty.
• Incumbent required to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE 450) upon entry and annually thereafter.
