You will serve as a EQUIPMENT SPECIALIST in the SURFACE COMBAT SYSTEMS TRAINING COMMAND of SURFCOMSYSTRNCMD SAN DIEGO LS.
Duties
You will update equipment documents for currency with latest support planning.
You will adjust project plans to accommodate changes in cost, schedule or materials.
You will analyze and verify logistics support policies, procedures, concepts, specifications, and requirements for implementation within the command.
You will conduct workload forecasting reports (e.g., manpower needs and trends, customer lifting and handling equipment requirements, justification of budgets) to execute command mission, goals, and objectives.
You will supply technical assistance to others by reviewing aviation systems operation, maintenance, installation procedures, and other applicable technical data for use in the effective running of a maintenance process unit.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Directs and provides oversight of installation, maintenance, modernization, and de-installation of technical training equipment. 2. Monitors contractor personnel performance of preventive and corrective equipment / facilities maintenance actions through review of maintenance scheduling, safety, and maintenance accomplishment documentation. 3. Manages the specific technical equipment related programs and projects by ensuring proper management, performance and administration. and 4. Analyzes and evaluates industry trends and research findings.
