Duties

Plan and assign work to subordinates, involving tool design and build, NC programing, production methods development and analysis, and work measurement. Reviews and assists with programs, program prove-outs, and trouble-shooting of machine, program, tooling, and fixture problems. Review work completed, accepting, amending or rejecting work, as appropriate. Evaluate the effectiveness of operations of the Divisions in terms of mission accomplishment, quality and quantity of standards mets, and technical competence. Plan work on a long-range basis. Set goals and objectives; establish overall priorities and responsibilities for the Divisions. Attend meeting and conferences to obtain, exchange and present technical results pertaining to assigned projects. Represent the organization on identified production problems with contractors and other government agencies.

Requirements
