About the Position: Position is located at the Equal Employment Opportunity Office at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama providing direction and managing the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Program for the installation.

Duties

Responsible for providing technical guidance and direction to the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) programs. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a comprehensive EEO program is implemented at all levels within the region. Advise commanders and their staff at all levels on the effectiveness of the program. Participate in planning, organizing, and overseeing intensive EEO program activities for the IMCOM Directorate-Sustainment (ID-S).

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance for the duration of employment.
• This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 25% of the time.
