Duties
Ensure plans and procedures are developed, implemented, and updated as required.
Ensure Defense Information Systems Agency program policies, objectives, requirements, and processes are consistently applied throughout all serviced organizations and sites are properly implemented.
Research, develop, recommend, and administer a variety of policies and procedures relating to all serviced programs.
Represent the organization in the supported program areas as needed on committees, study groups, meetings, and conferences. Identify and implement internal management controls where necessary.

- This national security position, which may require access to classified information, requires a favorable suitability review and security clearance as a condition of employment. Failure to maintain security eligibility may result in termination.

Qualifications
Time in Grade:
For entry at the GS-12 level, status applicants must have served 52 weeks as a GS-11 or higher grade in the Federal Service.
Specialized Experience:
For the GS-12 you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-11 which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
Specialized experience is defined as experience is experience with Knowledge of Security programs including Physical Security, Industrial Security, Information Security, Operations Security and overall DISA organization, programs, missions and functions to assess program policies and functions and recommend appropriate improvements to optimize operations.
Candidates must describe how their experience meets the specialized experience requirement within the body of their resume.
In addition to meeting the specialized experience requirements, qualified applicants must also possess the quality of experience as it relates to how closely or to what extent an applicant's background, recency of experience, education, and training are relevant to the duties and responsibilities of the announced position.
