This position is located in Defense Information Systems Agency in the Business Operations Division (PS13).
Duties
Performs analyses, develops strategies and coordinates plans and Electronic Document Access programs in consonance with the major goals, policies, and target dates established by PSD management.
Manages the Procurement directorates invoice reports (i.e., aged, overage) and coordinates with OCFO and DFAS.
Performs PIEE (Procurement Infrastructure Enterprise Environment) - Administrator for access roles for all DITCO/PSD locations.
Interacts with technical project leads to determine program goals, objectives, and resource requirements.
Provide e-Business support contract writing systems (SPS/PD2, CSS, FPDS, EDA, PIEE)

- Obtain/Maintain Contracting (1102) Professional Certification.
- OGE-450 Financial Disclosure Statement Required, Confidential Financial Disclosure Report within 30 days of appointment pursuant to 5 CFR 2634.903(b) (DoD 5500.7).
- Acquisition certification in the Contracting Professional Functional Area at the Contracting Profession Functional Tier within 36 months of entry into this position is required.
Qualifications
Time-in-Grade Requirements:
For entry at the GS-12 level, status applicants must have served 52 weeks as a GS-11 or higher grade in the Federal Service.
Specialized Experience:
For the GS-12, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal Service, Military, or Private Sector.
Your resume MUST demonstrate experience conducting projects and studies to identify and propose solutions to acquisition IT-related program and management of Change Advisory Board (CAB) to include change, configuration and release management for acquisition systems.
