About the position: This position will be assigned to the Scott AFB, Information, Tickets & Travel.
This is a Flexible position, guaranteed 0-40 hours per week.
Duties
Performs and/or assists other recreation assistants or specialist in the daily operation of the Information Tickets and Travel function. Types of duties include, but not limited to, selling tickets to theme parks, and other local entertainment. Accepts cash, checks, and credit cards for payment. Accounts for all tickets and ensures all transactions balance and unused tickets are properly stored so as to preclude theft of controlled items. Sets up displays within the Information Tickets and Travel office. Assists staff in setting up Services events. Completes deposit paperwork at the end of the day.

Requirements
- This position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical.

Qualifying Experience:
Knowledge of tickets and travel program is desirable but not required. Must possess the ability to communicate effectively. A knowledge of basic math is required. Must satisfactorily complete a Tier 1 background check. Must be 18 years of age.
